Downtown Grocery Rebuilds after Large Fire

INFRA Member Downtown Grocery in Wausau, WI has returned to its original location, two years after a fire damaged the building. The city and state both contributed to efforts to rebuild, and the community is welcoming the store back to Wausau's Main Street. Read the whole article here.
