The Food Service Manager will manage a team of 12 back-of-house and 6 front-of-house staff in our prepared food and cafe service department. This position reports to store ownership and the store manager. The Food Service Manager is responsible for all aspects of operation including hiring, training and leading all team members; menu design and costing, and promotions.
